The aim of the study was to analyse timber deliveries to two small recipients – one processed mainly medium-sized timber (plant), the other mainly large-sized timber (sawmill). The scope of the study included daily, weekly and monthly deliveries from two years, and hourly deliveries from one year. Data for the analysis was sourced from export receipts made available successively after each month by these recipients. Despite the greater number of assortments purchased by the plant (12, sawmill – 8), the share of deliveries of uniform assortments to this recipient was twice as large as to the sawmill. The structure of daily deliveries to the analysed recipients was practically the same, with the peak on Wednesdays and the smallest number on Mondays. Greater differences were found in monthly deliveries – the largest amount of timber was delivered to the plant in May and November, while to the sawmill in March and April and then in October and November. Minor differences were also found in the structure of the hourly deliveries, with two peaks characteristic for both recipients – one in the morning (9:00–9:59) and one at noon and in the early afternoon (12:00–12:59, 13:00–13:59). In the remaining hours, there were minor differences between the plant and the sawmill.
