POSSIBILITIES OF USING RFM ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY, SEGMENTATION AND EVALUATE KEY CLIENTS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE OLSZTYNEK FOREST DISTRICT
Abstract
Proper customer relations are an important element of the Forest Distrticts operations, affecting financial results and the ability to achieve statutory goals. The purpose of the research to check the applicability of RFM analysis to identify, segment and assess key clients of the Forest District. For analysis were used The data from the years 2013-2017 collected in the SILP database of Olsztynek Forest District. The applied modification of RFM analysis allowed to identify and group 15 key clients and give them a three-point RFM assessment.
The research carried out indicates the possibility to adapt and apply RFM analysis to the needs of identification, segmentation and assessment of Forest District key clients. The RFM analysis presented allows the assessment of clients based on their previous relationship with the Forest District.
